We book in advance and currently accent appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For emergencies and after-hours requests, please contact Carolina Veterinary Critical Care at 843-706-9200 or Savannah Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 912-355-6113. There is a nominal house call fee in addition to the fees for any services provided.
Please let us know your name, address, contact information, and the date and time you would like us to see your pet. We make every effort to be available at the requested time, but it is not guaranteed. We will confirm with you in advance. Within your request, please also provide the following information about your pet:
Please have your pet(s) on the main floor of your home, in an area that is easily accessible (i.e. in a kennel or bathroom). We will perform our exam and diagnostics in the comfort of your home and do everything possible to ensure you and your pets are happy and at ease. Once the exam and procedures are completed, we will discuss the health of your pet and any plans moving forward.
After we make sure all your concerns are addressed and questions are answered, we will provide you with any post-appointment instructions related to any areas of focus for your pet. We will include our contact information, where you can reach us with questions. We make every effort to return calls within 24 hours. For after-hours questions or emergencies, please call Carolina Veterinary Critical Care at 843-706-9200 or Savannah Veterinary Emergency Clinic at 912-355-6113. After confirming any future appointments, we will process payment for the visit. We accept cash, check, or credit.
